My battery died suddenly (doesn't always?), I called the dealership in a panic and received very friendly, prompt excellent service. I came to Toyota of Richardson after I saw that they had good prices on their cars on cars.com. Upon going to this dealership, I found that they have a good straightforward and honest sales approach and have experienced salespeople who dont try to upsell you into something more expensive or tire your ear out with sales speeches.

It was a pleasure to do business with Salesman Gary Lowe. He paid close attention to what car I wanted and also the payment I wanted to spend, and found the exact car I wanted. Thanks Gary & Toyota of Richardson. :>)

I stopped by Toyota of Richardson on Saturday, August 26th to test drive an Infiniti G35... Robert Alicea greeted me at the door with a smile and a willingness to help. Even though the price and the car were nice, I wanted a different color combination. I left the lot but around 9pm that nite, my cell phone rings! To my surprise, Robert called to let me know they had just received a trade-in that I may like with the exact color I was searching for... First thing Monday morning, I went to see Robert and he and Kirby (Pre-Owned Sales manager) sealed the deal for me and I drove my new car off the lot. I will forever be grateful to Robert Alicea and Kirby for their excellent customer service and their ability to price cars at a Fair price. Robert you are a wonderful person and I will be sure to recommend everyone I know to TOYOTA OF RICHARDSON.

They worked with me to find the truck I wanted. They communicated with me when the truck was arriving.They gave me a good price and nothing changed when I arrived to buy the truck. I was treated very nicely when I arrived.

We purchased a 2007 Toyota Avalon from Toyota of Richardson, and were blessed to work with Robert Alicea. He was professional, courteous, and took the time to treat us with warmth and consideration. The purchase itself was quick and went smoothly, but it's the events that took place less than a month later that have earned Robert such high stars in our book. Our Avalon had an air-conditioning compressor go out just 31 days after the purchase of the car, which caused damage to the air-conditioning system and radiator. Upon calling Robert (in a panic because we lived 4 hours away), he explained that the Avalon had a 3 month warranty and that we could work to get the car seen at our closest Toyota dealership to have the repairs done. Robert worked tirelessly to help us get the logistics worked out, was our liason between the Service Manager, and went above and beyond to make sure that we were not left "high and dry". He was the example of someone that took care of us, even AFTER the sale. The Toyota of Richardson Service Department and Business Office was amazing, as well. They went as far as to reimburse us for the amount of expenses we had to pay out of our pocket for repairs that were not covered by the warranty. We cannot say enough about this dealership's willingness to make sure that we were well taken care of...and for that, they have earned our business for life! Thank you, Robert, and all of your co-workers that helped make our experience at Toyota of Richardson a positive one!

I have taken our vehicles to Toyota of Richardson since we moved here in 2002. The advisors give an accurate estimate of what the issue is and tell us of any specials. I have worked with Matt Grier for some years now & he is professional & courteous to work with; he follows up to insure work is done as discussed and alerts us in advance of any additional work that needs doing. We have also never had to take the vehicles back because it's done right & completely the first time. Thus I give it a 5 rating.

I have been taking my car to Toyota of Richardson for the past 4 years. I have never had a bad experience. They are very prompt and courteous all the time. I never worry that my car will not be fixed correctly and on-time. They truly focus on customer service and will always try to find you the best deals.

Lee Schuster always knows the systems that need watching and wants me to have a good experience with the repairs or, in this case, with the rotation of my wife's tires. He has the record of the date the tires were installed and is available when I need him. Lee returns my telephone calls for service to both my truck and my wife's car.

I called Mr. Bryan early in the morning to get my side panel buffed and side mirror replaced. It was a hit and run so I was incredibly upset. Matt was so helpful, calm, and VERY understanding. He got me in at 9 am right away and my car was done and ready by noon, just in time for work.

It was easy, friendly and fun experience. We've been waiting for new PriusV since it's averrable in Japan. We're not expected to buy a new car just yet but I just love the car and all the sales team was very helpful. (much better than Plano!) I highly recommend Richardson location. Ask new car sales person Tony Azami and manager Mr. Nguyen!!
