Redesigned 2018 Toyota Camry: Most Exciting Changes

2018 Toyota Camry

Arriving to the Dallas area this summer, the fully redesigned 2018 Toyota Camry comes with some big changes that we’re super excited about. Check out some of its biggest updates below!

New set of engines with more power.
The 2018 Camry offers greater muscle – along with enhanced efficiency – via three new powerplants: a 3.5-liter V6, 2.5-liter four-cylinder and a hybrid powertrain that utilizes the new four-cylinder. The hybrid’s battery pack has also been moved beneath the rear seats, which will help maximize its handling abilities.

Three new integrated display screens.
The next-gen Camry is also available with three advanced screens that make commutes more interactive without added distraction. The displays include an 8-inch audio/navigation/HVAC screen located in the center console, a 10-inch color Head-Up Display that projects on the windshield, and a 7-inch multi-information display in the instrument cluster.

Toyota Safety Sense package standard on all trims.
Toyota’s advanced suite of safety technologies includes: a Pre-Collision System with Pedestrian Detection, Full-Speed Range Dynamic Radar Cruise Control, Lane Departure Alert with Steering Assist and Automatic High Beams.

Improved seat designs that’ll make you go ooh.
The front seats have been thoroughly made over, offering enhanced ergonomics and comfort. The rear seating area hasn’t been left out either; while not fully redesigned, the backseats offer improved ergonomics and there’s greater rear space overall.

Several other changes have been made to the all-new Camry as well, such as the integration of Toyota New Global Architecture (TNGA) and a new Toyota Entune 3.0 multimedia system.
