New Holiday Driving Traditions for the Whole Family

Toyota and Buckle Up for Life recently put together five terrific new driving “traditions” for the holiday season. Focusing on child passenger safety, these great tips will help parents, grandparents and favorite aunts and uncles keep their littlest passengers safe, healthy and happy this Christmas. Buckle up For Life is the national injury prevention program that Toyota helped create. It works primarily to help drivers have a better understanding of how to keep kids safe in their cars.

“We know the holidays are a happy – and hectic – time, especially when traveling with children,” said Jennifer Pelky, vehicle safety engineer at Toyota Motor Engineering and Manufacturing North America and certified child passenger safety technician. “We want all families to embrace these traditions and make child passenger safety a habit this holiday season and year-round.”
