One of the biggest and most popular annual events in Richardson makes its return at the end of the month. The Wildflower! Art & Music Festival is coming up on May 20-22, 2016, offering three days of nonstop music from huge acts, as well as other wild entertainment.

At Performance Row, members of the Dallas Cirque Theatre will be performing, plus there will be dance groups and other performers. To offer excitement for all ages, the event also includes a Kidz Corner, Budding Talent showcase and Student Art Contest.

The main draw of Wildflower!, however, is the event’s five-stage music extravaganza, which includes critically acclaimed national acts like Peter Frampton, Finger Eleven, Hoobastank, Alien Ant Farm, The Guess Who and numerous others, including many up-and-coming artists.

Along with musical performances, Wildflower! is known for its marketplace, where visitors can peruse unique products from local companies – from décor to clothing and much more. In addition, when you work up an appetite or want to quench your thirst, several food and beverage vendors will also be on hand.

Giving back to the community is part of the goal of Wildflower!, so the Art Guitar Program & Auction return again this year. Guitars will be on display at the Eisemann Center throughout the event and sold in a silent auction, which will benefit the NETWORK of Community Ministries and R.I.S.D fine art programs.
