The 2020 Toyota Tacoma is a mid-sized truck that offers many features for performance, safety, and comfort. For 2020, the Tacoma provides several updates and added features. The touchscreen is now larger, and both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are available.

There are two different engines available on the 2020 Tacoma. The smaller of the two engines is a 2.7 liter 4-cylinder. This engine provides up to 159 horsepower. The larger engine is a 3.5 liter V6 the delivers up to 278 horsepower. With the larger engine and the towing package, the 2020 Tacoma has a towing capacity of up to 6,800 pounds.
All trim levels of the 2020 Tacoma are equipped with the Toyota Safety Sense features. One of these safety features is lane-departure alert. This feature uses sensors to check where the lane markings are at. If a driver moves outside the lane markings without signaling, a warning alert is provided.
The blind-spot monitor is a feature that checks for vehicles coming up alongside the Tacoma. If a vehicle is detected, an alert icon appears in the side-view mirror on the relevant side of the Tacoma where the other vehicle is located.
Rear cross-traffic alert is specifically designed to provide safety in parking lots. As the driver backs the 2020 Tacoma out of a parking space, the sensors check for vehicles coming down the parking aisle.
