Now in its fourth iteration, the Toyota Prius is once again turning the hybrid market on its head. This all-new model of the popular hybrid car gets even more energy efficient features, as well as a spunky and modern exterior design that provides an added edge to the hatchback.

Once considered a niche vehicle for urban environmentalists, the Prius is now a full-market player, thanks to its terrific interior features, powerful engine and distinct aesthetic. For this latest incarnation, the Prius continues to move into the wider automotive market, with both economy and style.
What’s New?
Not only does the 2016 Toyota Prius get a fun exterior restyling, it also gets a new basic platform that is both smaller and lighter. New higher-energy batteries and a new thermal-efficient internal combustion system make up improvements under the hood, while a new Eco model of the hatchback will also make an appearance.
An Emotive Exterior
The Prius’ new exterior has been fully reimagined by Toyota engineers to give it a sleeker and much more athletic shape. To do this, engineers have lowered the car’s roof line slightly and run bold character lines across its front fenders. They have also lowered its rear spoiler, giving the car an overall appearance of “a runner in the starting blocks.” The Prius’ new exterior also sports:

A Luxurious and Comfortable Interior
For 2016, this latest generation of the Prius sees a fully functional and expressive cabin that boasts features from a wrap-around dash design and a wide instrument panel to new premium trim options and form-hugging seats.
