A live agent can provide you with real-time directions to wherever you need to go, with just a few taps of your infotainment system screen. It’s a feature that’s very helpful, but it safely allows you to keep your eyes on the road while you figure out where you need to be.
When you start up your vehicle, and you’re ready to head out on the road, you’ll want to tap the button that takes you to your main menu screen. From there, select Destination. Pressing Destination Assist will take you immediately to a live agent. You can inform them where you want to go, and they will provide you with directions by way of your navigation system. There isn’t anything you need to do except for pressing the Go button. This will start your set of directions. When you’ve arrived at your destination, simply end the directions like you would on any other GPS or map device.
