Toyota Corolla Maintenance Schedule
A Toyota Corolla is a fabulous investment whether you're in search of a commuter vehicle or a family automobile. We want you to know that you're in good hands, so we've come up with a list of routine maintenance items that should be performed over the next 100,000+ miles. This is in addition to the information provided in the owner's manual for your specific trim level. Keep in mind; there are oil changes and other routine Toyota Corolla maintenance schedule items that should be taken into consideration along the way.
Service for 15,000-Miles
A cooling system malfunction is common after your vehicle has been driven for many miles and your engine is starting to show signs of use. When we inspect your cooling system, we check various connections, belts, and hoses. We will also fill your coolant fluid to the recommended level to allow your cooling system to do its job. Our inspection also takes into account the current quality of your brake system and all related parts. Your exhaust system is also a concern, as we ensure that your exhaust is properly being transferred away from your car. If any damage exists under your vehicle, we will quickly repair these issues.
Service for 30,000-Miles
There are specific products that should be used for your front differential, and we can talk to you a bit about having this maintenance performed, so your vehicle provides you with smooth turning ability. It's time to replace your engine's air filter, which is probably starting to function less efficiently. You may not give much thought to the inside cabin air quality you're breathing in, but we can make sure you and your passengers are healthy thanks to a new cabin air filter.
Service for 60,000-Miles
Drive belts slip and break throughout many miles. It's common for this wear and tear to affect how your vehicle is driving each day. Belts are common replacements, and we usually have these parts in stock at our service department. We'll finish off this appointment by adding or replacing the transmission fluid.
Service for 100,000-Miles
If you have extended mileage spark plugs on your vehicle, then you'll be nearing the end of their life at around the 100,000-mile marker. This is also an excellent time to have coolant added, or we can completely flush and replace the coolant if necessary because of poor quality product inside your engine.
